Our real estate agents are always happy to welcome St. Patrick's Day back to the Richmond area! After being forced to cancel a lot of events in 2020 and 2021, we're excited to announce these great St. Patrick's Day celebrations in Richmond for 2022.
St. Patrick's Day falls on Thursday, March 17th. That means you can expect to see a lot of fun and excitement not only the weekend before St. Patrick's Day, but also the weekend after!

The Richmond Folk Festival is back and better than ever! After holding a virtual event in 2020, the festival returns to its place on the riverfront for an in-person event in October 2021. As always, you will be treated to live performances from a diverse, international collection of bands in a fun festival atmosphere with activities for all ages to enjoy. There's no admission fee for this outstanding event, and its convenient location near Richmond homes for sale attracts visitors from throughout Virginia. Our real estate agents have all of the details on what you can expect at the Richmond Folk Festival this year.

The delights of the Broadway stage can be found just minutes from Richmond homes for sale at the historic Altria Theater, located on the campus of Virginia Commonwealth University. Our real estate agents eagerly anticipate these upcoming productions that include dramas, comedies, and musicals.

The Richmond community is coming together in a spirit of solidarity. It's never been more important for everyone to work together: Locals, nonprofits, and our real estate agents are heeding the call. Plenty of charities and nonprofits are staying active around Richmond in this testing time.
Social distancing makes everything a little more complicated, but brave volunteer workers throughout the Richmond area are still finding ways to help out their community. One big way to do your part is to participate in one of the many Richmond food drives.
Even if you don't have the time to volunteer, it only takes a few minutes to drop off a donation – and it can help, especially for families with young kids!
Looking for a chance to make a difference? You're in luck. There's another Richmond food drive coming up on May 1 that will offer you the perfect opportunity!
